elmarnel Hi Lisa, I wanted to let you know I’ve been keeping an eye on the tracking of your item and it’s showing it hasn’t been scanned yet. I took it to the PO on the 11th along with several other packages that have been scanned and are moving along. If I don’t see any change in the next couple days I’ll call USPS and open a case.
