lisasperla @tgmitrovic The bottom of the bag I’m pushing in , it’s out of shape. The bag will not stand straight. I have this bag in another color and it doesn’t look like that on the bottom. The strap is also bent.

tgmitrovic @lisasperla Interesting, it was not like that when I sent it. It must be because it was in a box for so long since it had to go to Poshmark Headquarters first to be verified. I would recommend hanging it by the strap and putting something heavy in the purse to fill out the shape, that would hopefully help.

tgmitrovic @lisasperla another method is to put a soft material such as cotton or linen over the purse and apply an iron to it to smooth out the wrinkles and creases
