I don’t have experience with cases so I’m not sure how that works but if there’s a way to let them know I’d like to send you the correct item that would be helpful! I just saw the decision by Poshmark for me to return the item. I did have one other instance with an unauthorized substitute item sent to me that I made a case for to return. The judgment was for me to return the entire bundle but I wanted to keep the other items so I did not return the bundle in the allotted time period and they released the payment since the seller never received the return. Are you comfortable with me going this route again?
