Can you please not give me a bad rating when I sent a perfectly good item that was packed with care. If there really was a large stain then why wouldn't you return it and get your money back? there was no stains on the dress AT ALL when I shipped. I'm very sorry if your item got damaged in shipping but you could have returned it and that's not my fault, I would really appreciate if you would change the rating because I've never gotten a low rating like that before.
