ladrienne74 My biggest problem was drinking sodas so I stop those immediately. Instead if I went out to eat I would order unsweetened tea and add two packs of regular sugar stay away from the artificial sweeteners. I also cut down my carbs so I decided to eat them only at lunch even French fries, rice, potatoes whatever carb I wanted. Just don’t over do it.

ladrienne74 For dinner I would have a piece of meat and a salad or stir fry and no rice try that cauliflower rice in the frozen section pretty good.

ladrienne74 Also I started watching the tlc show my 600 pound life and I don’t want to end up like that lol the doctor on the show helped out a lot he talks about what to eat and why overweight people eat so much

ladrienne74 The biggest thing is to start loving yourself and tell yourself that daily even if nobody else does. So eat only 3 meals a day no snacks limit sugar get carbs only at lunch this is your most active time of day so you can burn off the carbs

ladrienne74 I also walk in the mall 20 to 30 minutes a day 3 times a week no strenuous exercise only walking I hope this helps I was 323 pounds before I woke up Good luck God bless
