Hi - Why did you rate my purse 4 stars with a description of “could improve”?? The description when you brought the purse was accurate with good clear pictures. You knew what you were receiving once you brought it. Please explain asap.

@believeinhope thank you for your visit. We are making progress after Dorian. I live on the Outer Banks of NC where Dorian made landfall. The region has been beaten by winds and water. Flooding and trees down.
