aylairis I just received your comments on the Naturalizer shoes and am upset about it. I did not glue anything on them. I’m not doubting that the heel tips came off as the factory glue sometimes dries out. I wish you had contacted me. I would have accepted a return. I’m sorry that happened. I do not want unhappy customers as I have worked hard to build up my business.
