icravejewels i wish you had let me know that the skirt was dirty. That is not at all how I mailed it. I also just moved to a new home in the last 3 weeks and everything was all over the place. Me running a successful business has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I did not mail the items the way you received them. I would have much rather taken a return and refunded you then get a negative review for something I did the best. We had good communication and the skirt was brand new when I mailed it.
