@_katvirula no girl it's totally okay I get it, I'm relatively new as well; I just put some items on for the 1st time, haven't sold yet though. 😊 thank you for being so kind and I apologize if my message came across with a negative tone I didn't intend for it to sound that way! I messaged poshmark support and asked how exactly I do this because this is the first return I've had to do and I'm lost here 😅 we can figure it out together!

Hey! i apologizes for getting back late but poshmark support finally reach out and said that since the funds have already been released for the order, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund. They said that the buyer must reach out too. Have you heard anything back? If it will still not let you be able to make a return, please reach out to me! I will figure out another way to do a return and get your funds back too.
