luxuryresale604 @lindsaymas i was looking forward to a VGUC jacket as advertised, but was disappointed with the actual condition - a lot of color fading and dirty. I brought to a professional cleaner and they said it’s quite dirty and will need a good cleaning. I was close to return it for a refund as it was not as described, but the hassle of doing so isn’t worth it, so I left an honest review. Your responsiveness and willingness to negotiate was why I left 3 stars instead of anything lower to be fair.
