Hi, thank you for your purchase, the shoes are packed and ready to be shipped but it is a four day weekend (holiday) and the post office is closed. I will ship them first thing Tuesday. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, I just wanted to say I am very disappointed that you couldn’t stand your order that I sent to you. It was a really good hat and everything was honestly how it was in the pictures. Maybe the lighting in your house is different than mine. I just want you to know that it really bothered me that you took my money like that. I do my best to uphold customer service. I even washed the hat for you and lowered the price. I included a happy easter and a thank you.

I received a hat that looked different than in the picture but I didn’t complain because it was the right brand and only a slightly different color because of the lighting. I wis others weren’t so picky

and actually I should have won the case because if you look up close in my picture you can see the tiny gap where a jewel may or may not have been. It was never damaged it was always like that since I bought it. Please be more kind to other respectable people who you buy from
