Hi. I am so sorry. I was sending out a few items at a time and accidentally for your item mixed up with another shoppers. Is their any way you can open a case so that we can can the issue solved in a timely manner and get the correct item out the the correct person. Thank you.

Good morning, I’m in Mexico right now and I’m not sure when I’ll be returning. I bought the glasses thinking that I could take them to Mexico with me but they didn’t arrive on time. I thought that the glasses would arrive in my mailbox so i assumed they were in my mail box. What size was the box and what was sent? They may have left the package outside of my house where no one is home.

@saymaggs91 My daughter lives out of town and she is picking up my mail every week. I didn’t expect for the package to be big. I’ll ask her to see if she can go check if the package is there or not.

@saymaggs91 My daughter passed by and she told me that she couldn’t find any package On the porch . I left to Mexico around 1 week ago and no one has been by my house. Can I still get glasses?

@luzaldama I will send the glasses but you have to go in and file a proper claim through Poshmark so that they can know that my package is missing or wasn’t in fact deliver. Thank you. Then I will get the glasses sent out to you. Because you werent home to approve the orders delivery status

@luzaldama I haven’t seen that you opened a claim. Once I have proof or have been notified that you let them know you did not receive a package I can send the glasses but I will not be able to do that before that. Because on your end you never went in to say you didn’t receive the glasses so it release the payment,but the money it still there I haven’t touched it.

@luzaldama hi. Have they gotten back to you yet?? They haven’t responded to a single one of my emails. I sent another one yesterday afternoon. If I don’t hear back from them by tomorrow morning I am going to file a claim through the BBB

@luzaldama yes they’ve release the money into my Poshmark balance a while ago. It’s still just sitting there I haven’t moved it because I need them to resolve this issue because I am out of my item that was sent to your home. I don’t mind refunding your money or sending the glasses but I need their assistance because I need to be reimbursed for my item.

@saymaggs91 I understand, but With all due respect I tell you that it is not my fault, that the wrong product was sent and that it is lost, I pay for the glasses. its really frustrating :( thank you.

@luzaldama well I understand that issue isn’t your fault and I never made it like it was but with all due respect I don’t believe that the item is missing. Because who leaves there home when they have to verify and approve that a package has made it and is as described.

@luzaldama hi. Poshmark hasn’t responded to any of my emails yet! I’m not sure what going on with them but I will be filing a complaint with the BBB this morning and hopefully that will force them to get back with me. And if I hear back from them today then I will send the glasses off.
