Hi Robyn (I hope)... No idea why, but I seem to really be struggling figuring out how/where to send or receive messages here on Poshmark. I still don't see ur message to me, but thanks for letting me know. I stupidly unwrapped and trashed the packaging before I even looked, but the pants are folded neatly on s shelf in my front seating room that is largely unused. I will await instruction. Think I bought somerhing else from u, or plan to. Thanks!!

Where/how do I ship these? And I will try to get out tomorrow, as "instructed," but considering people might have limited funds or spare time to accommodate Posh errors during work-week hours, I am surprised by the insensitivity, presumptuousness and lack of appreciation/apology considering I don't work for them and most likely have already been inconvenienced ....just sayin.

@cwolford70 Hi there Poshmark would have sent you an approval for return with a prepaid label. USPS has free shipping envelopes etc. I started emailing support on the 9th for assistance. I can only guess they didn’t get it. In any case once you send return (or before) I will be happy to offer you a discount on any future purchase to help offset any inconvenience.

Ack. I will look now...I didn't see anything with an address or label, just the notice. Good chance it is "user error" (my fault) again, since I am lost on here. No inconvenience at all on your part -- stuff happens. If I could read this would have been fairly easy to correct. :) Your pricing is fine.
