I am so sorry to hear that the zipper was broken on those pants. I had no idea. I usually check the clothes before, but I also wash them. It is very possible that the zipper broke in the wash or dryer. I am so sorry for your inconvenience. I wish you would have come to me I would have given you a full refund and sent you a free item of your choosing. I am an ambassador and have sold hundreds of items and not 1 has ever been broken. I really apologize for my oversight.

I had you send these to my son who is over 4hrs away. He didn't tell me until after my zipper email that you sent extra gifts.and I also realized they were only $5.
He likes the fit, so he'll just need to get the zipper replaced. 🤷♀️
