This not a problem for Posh to resolve. It is your mistake to fix. I purchased a pair of size 7 shoes, I received one size 8 and one size 7 shoe. As a seller it is your responsibility to correct YOUR mistake. Not Posh, not me, it is up to YOU. I have been trying to get you to correct this for weeks and I am understandably frustrated. Here are your options, you can refund the purchase price (including shipping) or you can send me what I purchased ONE PAIR of size 7 shoes.

@llkern hi, I tried circling the area on one picture. It's on the bottom and where the foot joins the rest of the base. There are three feet and I'm sure it's a weak area on any ceramic where the feet or handle or spout are joined. I had not learned how to use a feature in edit to circle or point out something. Hope it there when it gets to you. I strive to be very up front on any listing and wanted to point out to you before I attempted shipping. Thanks so much for your patience.
