crios1019 Hi there. I’m so sorry about the stain on the sandals. It happened as I was cleaning them but I thought it would dry/disappear in transit. Guess not. I reached out to Poshmark support to see what can be done. Again, I do apologize. It was not intentional. I’ll keep you posted.

ms_tonyalee GM! I shipped 10 packages yesterday and all started tracking but the Zella’s. I’ve submitted an order report to Poshmark and will contact post office today. This has happened to me a few times and they always show up! 🤞🏻 I’m watching it and will keep you updated. 😊
