Hello,I had no problem accepting your return,it was my decision why it was approved.I am really upset tho,that nothing was wrapped inside,and if you weren’t happy or weren’t going to use the items,there would be no reason to remove the retail tag,and the earrings from the retail card.I cannot resell either item without any retail tags.:(In the future all tags should not be removed and at least returned with the items.Have a good weekend:)

@nevadadeb I truly understand and have noted your concern. Unfortunately I did not see the missing stones until after I removed the tags. this is my first time of even contemplating a return via Poshmark. I gave a lot of thought to buying the necklace because it was more expensive than others I had purchased. Please carefully inspect the items before listing. I truly loved the style of the necklace. praying for much favor for you now and in the future.

@carlynjen it was on $13 for me commission,minus the cost of the earrings leaving me with about $6 profit.Which is nominal,but the tags should have been returned even if removed.If you’re not keeping a new item,it must be returned the same way.Even the earrings cannot be resold. it’s all up to Poshmark tho.I wish you very good luck in your future purchases:) I wish you well

Nope,no stones missing I have a video!!Maybe in shipping which I cannot control.I wrapped everything nicely.You sent my jewelry back without tags and without any care to wrap them safe you were not careful to send my stuff back. IT is supposed to be returned as received.I should not of allowed a return with an investigation.Then you took a week to send it back.I feel very wronged in this.
