kimhendricks88 Hey, I’m sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with the blouse. I’m not sure why you gave me a poor rating though for things that weren’t my fault? You could have just returned it? It was shipped the day after you ordered, so I can’t control how long Canada post takes, or that you didn’t realize or ask what colour the blouse was. It was in excellent condition, just as I had described.

__clynn @kimhendricks88 Hi, I was not aware I could return it. The stock pictures you posted looked like lilac but the pictures you took were more grey-tinged - I thought it was perhaps the lighting. Was the blouse supposed to be that lilac colour? I have removed the part about shipping time.

kimhendricks88 @__clynn no, and I posted on the description that the blouse was grey and white. Right where it says colours. So I’m not sure why you thought it was lilac in colour? It didn’t say that anywhere? And it looks very much grey and white to me!? But yes you can issue a return but it has to be accepted by the seller and for a good reason. But this would have to have been done before you accepted it.
