Please forgive me for not replying sooner. I have had to travel out of town and saw your message and it got lost in all of the other comments. I did hear from Poshmark. They said they understood that I wanted to make my customers happy, however the only way to have the money refunded was for you to file the complaint that you had found a flaw. If you are more comfortable doing this. Please go ahead and do so. I understand if you do not want to wait or handle via mail. Just let me know.

@tammyyoung417 I don't wish to file a complaint to tarnish your status. I don't mind the time it takes to resolve just that in the end it is resolved. I remember what it was like to juggle motherhood, running a household, and a job. Multi-tasking can be overwhelming. I'm glad that's in the past for me. Everyone deserves a second chance we all make absent minded mistakes!
