judya1910 @m09sny Monica, I'm so sorry, I took such care to tuck the strap in and make a tidy package, I did not think to check the fastener (kicking myself). I have looked through everything twice and cannot find the turnkey. I'm so upset. I understand if you want to return the bag. Again, my apologies.

judya1910 @m09sny hi, again. I was researching online and found a website, emmalinebags.com that sells handbag hardware. If you wanted to go that far, they do have replacement turnkey locks. I feel so badly that this happened. Judy

adenekos I’m so sorry I had to cancel your order. I realized the dress had a white stain on it from ironing and I’m not sure if it comes off. Very sorry again!
