Hello there! I was super bummed to get your feedback about the Ash booties. I pride myself on providing the very best customer service, products, and experience. I did mark the as the size that they were, and apologize that this brand ran small and I wasn’t aware of that. I’m sorry that you were disappointed in this, and was sad to get such a poor review. Good Morning! I have been thinking about how to best resolve this for you... I don’t want you stuck with too small shoes!! Would you like to open a case to have them returnable because they were not as depicted? Certainly wasn’t my intention, but then posh would fully refund (vs me doing an offline refund where they would keep 20%). You’d have to do that within a day or so if you’d like to go that route. I just want you to be happy on the end. Let me know what you think!! Thanks 😊

@mdproisy Oh yes if course. I don’t want you to feel stuck with something that doesn’t work. If you submit a case through posh it would be fully refunded through then (including their 20%). I think that would be easiest. I think it just needs to be done within 3 days of receiving it. And I think it can’t be for “fit” per se, but rather for the item being “misrepresented”.

@mdproisy Hi there! No need to be sorry I would just like for you to be satisfied in the end! Since you have decided to keep them, I would recommend you google now to stretch leather shoes. There are some quick easy methods out there using a blow dryer and also one using a bag of water that you freeze inside; these will give you a little extra room that might add some comfort!
