mbrunette99 Are you sure the strap can’t be untwisted? I spent $300 on that dress from Revolve and only wore it once, I also had it dry cleaned so they might have cleaned or pressed it with the strap twisted - it could be creased that way now but can be undone. It definitely wasn’t twisted when I wore it to prom so just wanted to make sure.
