thatsmaeee23 Hi @madelinehanson I’ve been tracking the lilo and stitch dress you purchase from me but it is showing your address is unknown. The prepaid labeled I printed out was the address used.

thatsmaeee23 @madelinehanson hi it was sent to the 410 lake St. that was the address you had on file when I printed the prepaid label. You can also track the package when you click on my purchase. I sent it on October 6. I already contacted customer service, and I’m not sure what to do from here.

thatsmaeee23 @madelinehanson so far they haven’t gotten back to me but probably tomorrow they will. When I check the tracking it said that it is being sent back to the sender. So when I get it I’ll send it to your new address. Please update your new address on your account so when it print out the new prepaid label it’s the right one.😊I’ll keep you updated, thank you.

thatsmaeee23 @madelinehanson hi I just received the package today. But you would have to repurchase it again in order for the new pre label of your new address to be updated. You haven’t been charged yet since you didn’t receive it. So I’m going to Resell it on my page and you can just buy it for the same price. Then Poshmark will send me the new prepaid label with your new address.
