cameron31899 Hi! I’m looking at the tracking on your bracelet and it says that: it cannot be delivered because something is wrong with the address. So I think it is being shipped back to me. So you might want to check and see if you have the right address. Just me know what you want to do! :) have a nice day

madisonannah @cameron31899 @cameron31899 I’m so sorry! I’ve been so busy with work and school and everything. I called last Friday to see what happened and they told me that they didn’t know what was wrong with the address because it was the correct address. They said maybe it got smudged or something on the package and they weren’t able to read it and that they should be sending it back to you. So today I went up to the post office for an update and they said it should still be on its way back to you.

madisonannah @cameron31899 I’m unsure what the issue was but when it returns you could look at the address on the box for an error and try to reship it. I talked to them here and they said if you explain what the issue was that they should resend it for you. If you would like me to send you the screen I got for tracking along with my correct address to prove that everything was right for them and the issue was on their end, I’m more than happy to! cameron31899 @madisonannah No you’re good. No worries at all! I just wanted this to ship to you then all this happened! I am really not sure what happened either. The only thing I can think of is the label maybe got a smudge on it and that’s what they couldn’t read but I will text you ASAP when I get the package! :)

I did look at the tracking a couple days ago and it said it was being shipped back to you. So I don’t know what really happened and why it wasn’t shipped back to me. cameron31899 @madisonannah for the past 3 days the tracking keeps saying in transit to destination at the same exact time. Do you know of anything that is going on? I don’t know how to get ahold of this package and just redo the whole package!

madisonannah @cameron31899 I have no idea what’s going on with it. I checked this morning and it says they sent it back to Houston again and there’s some error they’re trying to correct. The whole thing is just really frustrating with the post office. I sat on hold with them for an hour two days ago to see why it kept saying it was in transit and when I finally connected they hung up on me. I’ll call again on Monday if the tracking hasn’t updated. I have no idea what’s going on with it.

Again I am very sorry this has been happening. This is taking a ridiculous amount of time for you to get this package when it should have only taken two days. 😭

cameron31899 @madisonannah I got an email from Poshmark to resend the package and it had problems with USPS. It said to email them back to get a new shipping label so I just emailed them back. I’m hoping they reply with a new label so I can get your package out today!
