kristiburgess19 Hi! Unfortunately, the only way to get the 4.99 shipping without an offer is to make the offer to all liners. I didn’t know that you didn’t “like” that Kate Spade cosmetic bag so the offer didn’t go to you. I hope no o e buys the one you want. You can make an offer now and I will accept the $22. If you offer $22 or $23, the site may allow me to counteroffer and that’s where I may be able to offer lower shipping. I’m not sure, though.
