magdabrutko @tamasfost Hi, I’m also new to Poshmark. I don’t have experience in dealing in such a situations. As a buyer you had 3 hrs to change your mind without any penalties. Once that time is gone, you are in binding agreement with the seller through Poshmark. You placed the offer on Sat Feb13 and I have accepted it after 16 hrs SunFeb 14.Should you contact me before I accepted your offer, I could have simply Decline it and the situation would be resolved.

magdabrutko @tamasfost Now the boots are showing Sold status on Poshmark and I’m also bound by the Agreement to ship them as they are sold. I received shipping label already and I’m obligated to ship the boots to the address provided. I understand that you could have mistake, but I can’t help that and I have to send you the boots. You may rePosh them if you decide not to keep them.

magdabrutko @tamasfost Also I don’t want to have a bad review on Poshmark saying that I’m not shipping items for which offer I had accepted. You should understand my side of this situation as well.
