Hi Maggie. I have contacted Poshmark in an attempt to have the item that you purchased returned. It is possible that I overlooked a stain which is why it wouldn’t have been noted. As you can see, I photographed and described the stain I saw. Being new to Poshmark, a one star review and a warning to “beware” is not what I want to convey to buyers. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will follow up when I have more info.

I can change the review for 5 stars temporarily while the process of your connecting with Poshmark, if you want. You are so responsible. I also hope this problem can be handled properly. Thx again.

@maggie9bu hey Maggie. Unfortunately Poshmark has told me that there is nothing that I can do from my end to offer a return once the funds are released. They said that you would have to reach out to them personally for them to be able to offer any support. Please feel free to reach out to them and let me know what happens - I pushed back but at this point my hands are tied :(

@lostdoe Hi, Poshmark told me “Since a case was not opened within the 72hour time frame, the funds have since been released to the seller and a return is no longer an available option.” Unfortunately, I have to give you my most objective review now. Thanks for your understanding.

Hey! Thanks for your offers on the Réalisation dress. If it were up to me I’d accept your most recent one but it’s actually my mom’s item and she’s made it clear she will only accept her asking price. She wasn’t aware of Poshmark’s 20% fee. Even at the asking price she is still only getting $80 bucks. If you’re able to buy it at the asking price we can get it in the mail for you by this afternoon ☺️
