Hi, can you please provide me with the “huge tear” that was in the back of the sweater you were sent? I can assure you this is not something I was aware of, there was no tear on the product and I would not have sent out any such thing. Did you open your package with scissors? Thanks.

@nuze28 sure. I sent Poshmark a picture. I did not open with scissors. I opened it at the end with my hands.
