kmgustafson I’m sorry you are unhappy with the sweater. I don’t use a clothes dryer, so if you do, you may try using the dryer to fluff it up a bit. It has only been washed in cold with Forever New wash and laid flat to dry.

maisasiddique @kmgustafson thanks so much for your message! I'm going to try that, thank you. Even if I can't restore the softness, it's still wearable especially for the price. A brand new fluffy BD sweater can be an difficult standard to maintain :(
