poppysgal Hi.... just checked the others I have here. Don't think it's glued I think they just make them tight so they don't keep falling off when they are adjusted to the wrist. I found if you pull the bead back toward the knot or end of the bracelet and then go forward. It is hard at first but will start to move. Please try and let me know how you make out. Otherwise we can contact company.... sorry.... but I honestly think they make them tight on purpose.
