frippislandsc Good afternoon and Merry Christmas to you.  apparently your ornament was not scanned in when the mail carrier picked it up so I’m not sure what the status is right now but I will continue to follow until it starts tracking. I am so very sorry, but as I stated I will continue to follow until all is well.

frippislandsc Hello there, I am still trying to track your order and there doesn’t seem to be any movement at all. The problem I see is it was not marked as package picked up by mail carrier.  if it does not start moving by Tuesday, I am going to go to the post office and see if they can help me with it. Usually if I do that movement will start. Thanks again. I just wanted you to let you know that I am still trying to track your order.

frippislandsc @mtaylor1930 I am heading to the post office in about 30 minutes. I will let you know. Thanks so much and I will get back with you as soon as I get back from the post office, which hopefully will not be very long as that is the only place I am going

frippislandsc @mtaylor1930 if the post office cannot figure it out today I will file a missing package with them and notify Poshmark. The one good thing about Poshmark among many is that they take care of their buyers as well as their sellers. I do hope that the post office has some answers as I would love for your item to get to you

frippislandsc @mtaylor1930 Hello again…not much success at the post office.  The supervisor agrees with me that the package was not scanned at pick up to show that the package was actually picked up. I know that it was picked up because all of my other packages were and all of my other packages have arrived. Supervisor said that he will try to see if there’s anyway he can track it down, but I don’t think that they’re going to be able to.

I am going to notify Poshmark and let them know that this is a missing package for the time being so that you do not have to continue to wait. I will continue to follow up the supervisor has my phone number and they know me at the post office because I drop packages off there occasionally.  I will stay in contact until everything is settled. If the package happens to arrive, please let me know

frippislandsc  I just notified customer support with Poshmark and have opened up a case regarding the missing package. As soon as I hear anything, I will let you know. Thank you again and thank you for your kindness and your patience. I am so sorry.

I will check in with Poshmark Customer Service and see what’s going on. Thanks for your patience and your kindness. I really appreciate it. I will get back with you.

frippislandsc @mtaylor1930 Poshmark customer support has informed me that if the order has not been delivered to you by January 4 that I need to let them know. I will be in contact with them on January 4 and you and I will remain in contact. Once again, thank you so much for your kindness and your patience🌺

If not, I’m going to request Poshmark customer service refund your money since it seems to be missing an action unless by some miracle it arrived today. Is so good Thank you so much
