mindsightgems Hello mr Manuel I see you got the watches and also gave us a one star for the packaging in 16 years no one has ever said that to us as we pack the items in secure boxes so mot sure what happened to yours if you can please contact usps and file a claim they will request evidence and look at their camera for items Scanned which they do for business orders They will reimburse you. It is unfair to blame us for items that get damaged during shipment

mindsightgems This is a very rare case because we also took pictures of the items we mail out and most Certainly they are brand new certified and not damaged from anywhere

manuel14141 @mindsightgems the box is destroyed I'm sorry it happens sometimes and one of the watches isn't working correctly it's broken from the shipment and didn't say it was your fault I'm simply giving you my opinion and to be honest what am I supposed to do with broken watch
