sizzlesales75 When you get home put your SIM card in and replace the old battery with a new battery and that’s it. The explanation of the problem with the phone is in the description of the phone in my closet.You never until today asked about iCloud anything and has nothing to do with the problem with the phone. People don’t give their SIM cards with sales cause you can easily gain access to their personal information such as access to credit cards and other personal information.

But if the phone have your iCloud account you can go on your computer log into your iCloud account from your computer and remove the iCloud account or just turn off the find my iPhone so when I replace the battery I can do a factory reset and just transfer my iCloud account to the phone

sizzlesales75 @elijah2606 that is all that is wrong with the phone.All you need to do is have a new battery installed and then the phone will work once you charge it.When I just called a few minutes ago they brought up my account from when I brought the phone in to find out the problem cause it was only a year old and he said the battery needed to be replaced so I was going to do that but I opted for a new phone and the technician showed me when I went back over

sizzlesales75 He showed me the phone with the new battery and as I had waited I looked at all the newer phones and was thinking of getting the 13 pro-max. I did have my mind already set on upgrading so I told him and he took out the card and put the old battery back into it and placed it back in the box.He went and got the new 13 pro-max and placed the card inside the phone and said so all your information was transferred from the red phone to the blue phone.That was it

sizzlesales75 Exactly factory reset is the word and I would have done that myself but since we lost power and WiFi services from 2 hurricanes in 8 days my laptop and tablet had no WiFi connection and my phone was dead so I couldn’t enable my hotspot

sizzlesales75 @elijah2606 unlocked and reset so as far as the password goes when you reset any phone and activate it or start it it’s like setting up a brand new phone. First thing it will ask you for what language then second page after you select English I believe next step is setting up your personal information and a pin number to get off home screen and so on but as soon as it starts up and you turn it on the IMEI number comes up along with the serial number so you need to write that down

sizzlesales75 So when you have it and replace the battery with a brand new battery and it has to be the same type and should be replaced with Apple licensed battery but if you are doing it yourself then once you did that then message me and I can walk you through it cause I’m running errands
