We had a freeze, which resulted in a water leak and caused damage to our warehouse. We have a huge mess and unfortunately the shoes you ordered were damaged. As well as thousands of other items and merchandise. We did not want to cancel your order and we have been selling on Posh for years. We have very good ratings.
