gizzysmom67 @marelyn023 hi yes they do. If you don't receive the correct thing, or were told its authentic and it's not Or even if you bought something that was dirty or ripped and you were told it was in perfect condition. Anything like that If you open a dispute then Posh investigates and takes it from there. And if something is over $500. it will actually ship to them (to check out) first and then they ship it to you.

gizzysmom67 I've always found them to be great if I have an issue But I've only had a few. Just remember you have to open a case right away because after 3 days the system will automatically "accept" on your behalf so the seller can be paid. Once something has been accepted thats it. You own it

royalbazaar @marelyn023 Also, I noticed your comments above, a good rule of thumb is to look at the sellers previous sales and feedback, regretfully there are quite a few "replicas" listed...It should be safe to buy from sellers with a good sales track in high end merchandise. Happy poshing!
