Hi Im glad you received your item and that you like it. You rated me 3 stars because I need to improve ship time, item cleanliness, and item description. Can you please explain so I can use that information for future sales? These 3 stars really hurt my overall seller rating. All my items are shipped the same day or next day depending on the time of purchase and all my items are cleaned except this was new with tag so I’m a little confused on your rating. Thank you.

I also go above and beyond, compared to most, with my description since I included measurements on the entire vest. You bought it on a Sunday and there’s no mail on Sunday so I shipped it out the next day. I don’t know what more I can do to improve those three items you mentioned.

@agilbert1 that’s really unfair because there are some sellers who take 7 days to ship. Like for me the moment I sell something I package it right away and send it off. I had a seller ship something out for me after 5 days and I still rated 5 stars because the item arrived perfectly fine.

@mszmason It’s coral, which is like a salmon, light reddish, orangey color. Also, upon closer look at the jacket I found a small tear on the right arm, maybe from moving this weekend. I‘ve uploaded two new pictures to show it. I won’t take any action on your offer untilI hear back from you.
