@ marzgirouard, you gave me a poor rating and claimed that the Tumi backpack is fake. I'd greatly appreciate it if you could contact an authorized Tumi retailer or Tumi directly to check the authenticity of the backpack. I purchased it from a renowned national chain store and I guarantee its authenticity. After you confirm its authenticity with Tumi, I wish you could correct your feedback and rating. Because selling counterfeit product is a crime, I think we should both take it seriously.
