@nymagpie I think I just shared it to you. Never had to do that so hoping it worked. I only have two black purses listed so of course in haste to get kiddo to daycare - grabbed the wrong one- naturally.. I’m usually extremely thorough, so embarrassing that this happened.

@nymagpie Poshmark indicates they opened the case- and have notified you, as I did message them again w how this is supposed to work w/in their guidelines. So please respond to that and we can get the wrong item returned since you decided it was definitely not the one you wanted to keep. I greatly appologize- I just don’t want to handle anything off poshmark and get myself banned by going against their policy. I’ve never had this issue before and really want to resolve appropriately.

@kaoscritters There was nothing from poshmark in my messages or I don't know where to look for it. I searched my emails and found an email dated 3/8. I have emailed customer support for their assist in this. I am new to poshmark and your purse was my 1st .

@kaoscritters They asked for pictures of the purse I received. I just took them and sent the email back. So far I haven’t seen a return label yet

Ok I got no further response from poshmark. Did they respond to you with what to do next? I’m waiting in limbo. And I would prefer to get this handled as soon as poss since my state and NJ NY CT is putting restrictions down- mail isn’t affected- but who knows what next week may bring here w this Covid19. Hot mess here in the East Coast it seems

@kaoscritters Hi, they sent an email telling me to use the attached label to return but there wasn’t anything attached. I asked them to re-send the label. Waiting on that. Margaret

@nymagpie well at least we’re getting somewhere lol.. my area is in such a panic mode- I’m just glad Poshmark is being this attentive. Don’t worry we will eventually get this resolved.

@nymagpie just wanted to update that I did not receive your package yet.. I’m sure a lot going on between states here- so that’s likely the reason. I don’t have the tracking available to me.. but you may want to have it handy in if it doesn’t show in a few days here. I hope you’re staying safe in this pandemic we are all in here.
