Hi rusma0712....you made an offer on one my Lucky skirts 3 days ago. I declined. Since I am new to this, I did not know the details of countering. I can't see how to get back to that page or even a place to counter anymore. If you're still interested, I'll go to $35 which I believe includes discounted shipping.
