I went and visited the post office today and we fear someone forced it open and stole it. anieholl @margot1120 Please note, the Skagen listing VERY CLEARLY states the watch needs a battery! It is inconsiderate and borders on unethical, to purchase an item that is VERY CLEARLY and honestly described, and then you leave a negative/low star review. 🤷 I would encourage you to go back, and *read the description*... A dishonest, negative review hurts my standing with Posh, and the community at-large, when you chose not to read the description. Uncool. 🤦

margot1120 @anieholl I DID read the description, and I was aware that the watch did not have its battery. There was NOTHING dishonest about the review I left. Had you made the effort to get a battery and have it put in, I would have given you a full five-star rating. From the buyer's point of view, your not being willing to make that effort reduces your rating as aa seller. Now I have to go to my jeweler, get and pay for a battery..There is nothing in my review that is dishonest.

margot1120 @ttsvintage Hi, Thank you, I did see the mention of the spot and of the fading. Not a problem. One of the reasons I love this Vera pattern is that this Hope, the black background Hope and I think there is one other, were designed with breast cancer survivors in mind. I had breast cancer 35 years ago and am still going strong. The Veras with these designs remind me to be grateful every day, so a slight spot and a little fading are not that important to me in the grand scheme of things.

Because there is no sure way to mend a fabric tear like these and also calling to mind the stain on the lining, I have submitted a new offer. I understand if you do not wish to accept it. While I like the bag, buying it knowing that it has tears does reduce its life expectancy. I hope you will understand that the tears are what prompts my current offer. Thank you for your honesty.
