ginnee1451 I'm sorry that your item was broken. I always record my packaging of items to ship just for that purpose. The items can then be reimbursed from the post office. I also wrote fragile on the front and back. If you would have contacted me when you received it, I could have sent out another one, since the item was from my daughters shop and we have several in stock,and opened a claim with the post office. But when someone pays you, it is an exchange, and your responsibility has to be filled in as soon as possible.
