daphnectho Hi Maria! I just wanted to apologize for the delay shipping the ZO cleanser — I dropped it in a USPS box on Saturday, and I’m not sure why it hasn’t been scanned in yet. I will call the post office tomorrow to check in, but apologies again for the delay!

daphnectho Hi Maria! Just following up — the post office said everything in the drop box had been picked up, and that it goes to a processing place in San Francisco, where there is probably a processing backlog. If it isn’t scanned in by the end of the week I will try to get in touch with someone there. Apologies again — this is super frustrating for me too!
