zmom40 So sorry you are not completely happy with your purchase..I described them as loved and gently worn..only 2 small pin head spots on side of shoe..if you would like to return them go ahead and contact Poshmark..no problem....I have 5 stars on every purchase that has been made from me..I want you to be completely Happy...no tears or scuffs...they are used shoes no question...please let me know...thank you
