leenance29 Hi Maria. I wanted to reach out to you. I just realize That I shipped the wrong shoes to you. I put them in the mail this morning and they are on the way. I sent the Silver ones to you instead of the white ones, so sorry. If you like them, just keep them and I will send you the White ones for free. I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention. I had explained to you that I would send you the White Shoes to you at my expense. I will need your mailing address to do this. So sorry for the mix up. I will make it right with you. leenance29 @mariaalavalle Hi Maria. I just got a message fr Poshmark, Stating that you THE BUYER stated that the shoes u received were damaged, one of the pr of shoes didn't have the heel on it! They sent me a picture of the shoes, they look in good condition to me. I don't understand this at all. Now I have to get back to Posh, to see what they are talking about. I am going to go ahead and mail the shoes to you today.

Here is the attached photo of the incorrect item received. Unfortunately with this case, I was out of town when the package arrived and was not able to respond in the 3 days. mariaalavalle Im going to share your comment with Michael, the guy who emailed me in response to the support contact submission to emphasize there were no damages or defects to the received item. Hopefully that helps!

mariaalavalle Ok, I sent him a screenshot of our correspondence along with this email: Hi Michael, I received this message from the seller. I wanted to share our correspondence. It seems that information has been falsely stated on Poshmark's end. I never reported any items damaged. I want to emphasize that the Items I received were in perfect condition, but were simply different from the intended item that the seller shipped by mistake. Thank you for your time!
