@be_eco_chic OK, when I receive it I will do what they tell me in the email, and open an "Item Not as Described case" but I am not sure how I will have to return the item to you. Hopefully I will not have to go to the post office... I buy things online so I do not have to go anywhere with people and stand in line in the middle of the pandemic...

I was traveling and had no access to anything, no computer, etc. I might have misunderstood what I was supposed to do - not sure if I did anything on Friday or not.. if I reported the wrong package or I just acknowledged receipt. I do not recall what I did. I have now tried to report that the wrong package was received but nothing else happened.

@be_eco_chic I put it in the mail today (had to go to the post office because the box did not fit inside the mail box and did not want to leave it on top to avoid it getting stolen) - so, it is now already in the post. I have the copy of the label: The tracking number is - let's hope I do not make a mistake

I am trying to find it in order to send it to you. I have a huge closet that I sell on other platforms as well. Please be patient I know that I had two of them very similar to each other and one was sold. The one you purchased must be in the locked closet.

@eldeposhmark I am, that’s is why I have not canceled as of yet! I did send a message to Poshmark advising them of the issue. I know that One was sold, I am thinking that because they were similar I could have sent the wrong necklace to the buyer and she never noticed the difference. Any way I promise, before making the decision of canceling and removing it from the selling platform, I will Keep looking. If you would like to speak with me please don’t esitate to call me.
