saskicarrerabsq I cannot imagine what could have happened, I don’t know if it’s possible it occurred during shipment. I can’t locate it, and pics show it packed within paper, and pack. I don’t like anyone to be unhappy, which is why I’m very careful in description and packaging. Please feel free to reach out to Posh and if they would like to extend a return, I will do so.
