pingscloset Hi Mariann, I just wanted to apologize again for the Rebecca Minkoff tote; this was truly an oversight on my end. I myself did not notice the glued handle as I receive my bags secondhand. I have already contacted Posh to allow for a return despite the 72 hour window; I am most certain you will be able to get a refund. And I hope this doesn't deter you from shopping my closet again!

pingscloset @mariannrae, I heard back from Poshmark, and they asked me to have you reach out to them since the funds are released. They assured me that they will be able to assist you. Please let them know that I support the refund. As well, please let them know that you can keep the bag/dispose it without a return for refund. You can tell them to refer to this conversation. Let me know what happens; if they can't refund, I will send you a refund either via echeck or whatever method is easiest for you.
