@ononikkio, Thank you for checking, I LOVE the style, the Arden; but I believe the bag you have for sale is Brahmin's "Serpentine" color combination, which is more green than gray, and that clashes with just about everything I wear. :(

@marquezrn58 Hello, is there a way to have let you know about the strap without "filing a case" once the item was awaiting my acceptance? I searched, the only way to let you know about the strap was to choose "item not as described". *I did not intentionally file a case.* I thought I was simply sending a msg. It seems the case was filed automatically once I just asked you about the strap. I've over 1000 ebay purchases, a post-purchase msg. to ebay seller is just a msg, not an automatic "case".
