dcalquisada @chezmariebeil Hi Marie, first before agreeing to your purchase, the whole account : price and taxes plus the shipping cost will be showed . If you see that they are charging 13.99 instead of 9.99 should not accept it and message the seller right away. Sometimes the seller's discount on the shipping has a time slot like after 6 hours it goes back to its original charges.. You can also contact PM customer service, they have been helpful with my cases lol!. Hope this helps.
