reworn Hi there! We are very sorry but when we were packing your tumbler, the straw fell and cracked at the top. It is a vertical crack from the top of the straw and is about 2 inches, so it’s pretty noticeable. Would you prefer we cancel the order? Again - we are so sorry. These things happen sometimes 😩😞
